We have a way to connect your accounts before you pay, so you know it works.
Most free financial tools exist because your data is the product — sold to advertisers, brokers, and third parties. Fulcrum rejects this model entirely. Your data is yours. It is never sold, never shared, never monetized beyond what you explicitly pay for.
Connection before purchase exists because we think you should verify the experience works for you — not because we want your data. If Fulcrum doesn’t work for your accounts, you shouldn’t pay for it. That’s the whole reason.
What happens after I purchase the Report?
You get immediate access to your full financial report. Your Plaid connections stay active for 25 days so you can review updated data. After 25 days, connections disconnect automatically — upgrade to Plan to keep them active.
Can I upgrade from Report to Plan?
Yes. Upgrading preserves all your data and re-enables ongoing Plaid sync. You pick up right where you left off.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for all payments. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major cards are accepted.
What happens if I cancel my Plan subscription?
You keep access to your last generated report as a static snapshot. Plaid connections disconnect, and no new data is synced. Your data is never deleted unless you request it.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. Full data deletion is available from your dashboard — Plaid tokens are revoked, Stripe is cancelled, and all data is cascade-deleted with an audit log.
